Minor imperfections reflect the artisanal production and the quality of the materials.
Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting during photography or display settings.
Sale or promotional items cannot be exchanged, but customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.
For shipments to countries outside the European Union, any customs duties, import VAT, local taxes or clearance fees are not included in the price and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. If applicable, these charges must be paid upon delivery and remain the customer’s responsibility also in the event of refusal of the shipment or return of the product.
