Fit of our boots

Our boots are entirely handmade in Italy using high-quality natural leather.

When worn for the first time they may feel slightly tight. This is a normal characteristic of natural leather, which quickly adapts to the shape of the foot with use, naturally gaining about half a size.

If you have difficulty putting them on the first time, we recommend wearing them using the plastic bag included in the package. By reducing friction between the foot and the leather, it helps make the fitting easier.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must communicate their decision within the above-mentioned period by sending a written notice to the following email address: [email protected]

Return Conditions

The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.

Products must be returned:

• intact

• not used beyond normal fitting/testing

• in their original packaging

• complete with any accessories

• in a condition suitable for resale

We reserve the right to refuse the return or to apply a reduction to the refund if the product is damaged, worn, or does not comply with the above conditions.

Shipping Costs, Return Costs and Customs Duties

Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the Customer, pursuant to Article 57 of the Consumer Code.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union or otherwise subject to customs clearance, any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country shall be borne exclusively by the Customer.

Prices displayed on the website do not include any applicable customs duties or import taxes in the destination country.

The Customer is responsible for the payment of such amounts both at the time of delivery and in the event of return of the goods.

In the event of non-payment of customs duties, taxes, or other charges, or in case of refusal of delivery, the shipment may be returned to the sender. In such cases, any storage fees, return shipping costs, additional shipping charges, or other expenses charged by the carrier shall be borne by the Customer and may be deducted from the refund amount.

Responsibility for the return shipment remains with the Customer until the product is received at our premises.

Instructions for returns from countries outside the EU

To avoid the application of new customs duties or import taxes when the goods re-enter the European Union, the Customer is advised to declare the return shipment as:

“Returned Goods – No Commercial Value”

and to include the original order number in the shipping documentation.

An incorrect customs declaration may result in the application of customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees. Such costs, if charged to the Seller by the courier or by customs authorities, may be deducted from the refund.

Refund

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the Seller will process the refund within 14 days from the withdrawal notice, without prejudice to the right to withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or proof that the goods have been shipped back.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of withdrawal, the standard initial shipping cost (if paid by the Customer) will also be refunded. Any additional costs for express shipping or supplementary services are excluded.

Size or Model Exchange

For products purchased on sale or promotion, size or model exchanges are not available.

The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products:

• made to measure

• customized upon specific request of the Customer

Such products cannot be returned or refunded.
